| Young
people need to see that a love for music and a love for God go hand
in hand. Thats why our young people can get involved in liturgical
music all the way from kindergarten through high school.
To give young people a greater opportunity to take part in music
ministries at Saint Andrews, rehearsals for each of the following
ensembles will take place in the weeks just before ensemble takes
part in the liturgy.
Vocal Choirs
Ring & Sing
A choir for students in grades 3-6. Rehearsals begin in September, from 4:45-5:30 p.m. Students will both sing and ring within the rehearsal framework, and lead in worship through their music on the first Sunday of the month, at the 10:15 liturgy [Family Worship days]. In addition, children will participate on Christmas Eve this year. Please know that this is a family commitment: children need to be present for rehearsals and the first Sunday of the month.
Handbell Choirs

Rehearsals begin September __, from 4:45-5:30 p.m. Students will both sing and ring within the rehearsal framework, and lead in worship through their music on the first Sunday of the month, at the 10:15 liturgy [Family Worship days]. The King’s Ringers
A hands-on opportunity for youth in grades 7-12 will be offered on September 30, at 6 p.m. in the Handbell Room. This is open to any and all youth. Bring a friend! Let’s get everyone active, practice, and ‘go on the road’ with our bells! Don’t read music? Don’t fret. We’ll get you ringing one bell at a time!
